Frequently Asked Questions
- How do I scan a document? Open the app, tap Scan, and use your camera to capture the document. You can then crop, reorder pages, and apply styles (Original, Enhanced, Grayscale) before saving.
- How do I export to PDF? Open a document from Scan History, then use the export option to generate a PDF. You can choose paper size (e.g. A4, Letter), add optional password protection, and adjust quality.
- What is iCloud sync and how do I turn it on? iCloud sync keeps your scanned documents and metadata across your Apple devices. Go to the Settings tab in the app and enable “Enable Cloud Sync.” You must be signed into iCloud on your device.
- Where are my scans stored? Scans are stored on your device. If you enable iCloud sync, document data is also stored in your iCloud account. We do not store your documents on our servers.
- Why is there a watermark on my PDF? The free version may add a watermark to exported PDFs when certain conditions are met. You can earn credits in the app or check in-app options to export without a watermark.
- How do I delete a scan? Open the document from Scan History, then use the delete option from the document detail screen to remove it. Deletion applies to the current device and, if sync is on, to iCloud.
